Quality and Safety

At the Montreal Chinese Hospital, the quality of care and the safety of residents is our priority.

Our emergency protocol measures are constantly updated and drills are held regularly to prepare our staff to deal with situations such as fires, unauthorized leaving of residents, etc. In addition, the Hospital is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and fire doors to reduce the impact of a potential fire.

The main entrance to the hospital is locked day and night to prevent unauthorized entry. Upon arrival, visitors must sign in and are granted entry by the receptionist.

Finally, we conduct regular campaigns such as Fall Prevention or Infection Prevention to encourage hand washing.
